RICS' Homebuyers Survey and Valuation Report
This survey is a concise report giving a more general overview of the
quality and condition of the fabric of the building.
The inspection is less exhaustive than a Building Survey and focuses on the most
urgent and significant matters that may affect the market value. Our surveyor
will give an opinion on the agreed price in the light of the state of repair,
market conditions and legal/location issues that may affect its future resale.
Above all it provides the purchaser with an opinion on whether or not to proceed
with the purchase.
This standard report is suitable when time short or economy is important. It is
most suited to properties built after 1900.
